Ben “sully” Sullivan

The Muscle - CEO - Loving Parent

After a decade of serving the country as a Marine, and years superintending for other builders in the Prescott, AZ area, Palerider Construction came to fruition. With most close and extended family being in the construction industry in one form or another, Palerider Construction has access to decades of knowledge.

One of Sully’s greatest strengths is his ability to find solutions. Construction rarely goes exactly according to plan, and every project brings its own challenges. Years of working in the field, combined with the relationships developed throughout his career, have created a network of people and resources that allow us to approach those challenges with confidence. When something unexpected comes up, we believe there is almost always a way forward.

Rob Lovett

Chief of Sales & Marketing

Rob has worn several different hats across a number of industries, but nearly every role has had one thing in common: building and maintaining relationships with clients.

Sully and Rob have talked about building something of their own since their school days. What started as an idea back then has grown into Palerider Construction, a company built around craftsmanship, communication, and doing things the right way.

Rob’s role at Palerider is centered largely around the client experience. From the first conversation through the final stages of a project, his goal is to make sure our clients feel informed, heard, and confident in the process. “Building a custom home is a significant undertaking, and I believe good communication is just as important as good construction.”

Rob works closely with our clients to help keep projects organized, information clear, and expectations aligned. Whether that means answering questions, coordinating with vendors, providing project updates, or simply being available when someone needs to talk through a decision. We want our clients to know there is always someone in their corner.

“Ultimately, my goal is simple: to help make the process of building a home feel as personal and straightforward as it should. We’re not interested in being just another contractor. We want to build lasting relationships with the people we work with and create homes that our clients can be proud of for years to come.”
